📞 Call Routing Problems

Issue 1: Calls Not Reaching Agent Penny

Quick Fix Checklist:

✅ Verify your telephony provider has routing enabled

✅ Check Virnika DID number is correct (no typos)

✅ Test the routing path with your provider
