Step-by-step configuration

1️⃣ Log in to your analytics dashboard

2️⃣ Navigate to Settings → Business Hours

3️⃣ Set for each day:

  • Open time
  • Close time
  • Special hours (lunch/dinner only)

4️⃣ Add holidays/closures

🎤 Agent Penny's Greeting Customization

Default: "Thank you for calling [Restaurant Name], this is Penny, how can I help you?"

Custom Options
  • Add specials: "...home of our famous BBQ brisket..."
  • Add location: "...on Main Street..."
  • Add promotion: "...try our new lunch special..."
  • Seasonal messaging: Update for holidays or events
