1️⃣ Log in to your analytics dashboard
2️⃣ Navigate to Settings → Business Hours
3️⃣ Set for each day:
- Open time
- Close time
- Special hours (lunch/dinner only)
4️⃣ Add holidays/closures

Default: "Thank you for calling [Restaurant Name], this is Penny, how can I help you?"

- Add location: "...on Main Street..."

- Seasonal messaging: Update for holidays or events
